SITE AGENT (CIVILS & BUILDING) – VACANCY

ROLE

Lead, plan, and manage site operations to achieve project milestones, meet financial targets, and ensure full SHEQ and statutory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc / Btech Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years construction (Civils & building) experience with 2 years relevant experience in similar role.
• Strong contract, commercial, and site management background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Drive site financial performance (cost control, revenue, profitability).
• Plan, programme, and monitor project progress and productivity.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials.
• Ensure full compliance with SHEQ, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Resolve site issues efficiently and support sound project decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
• Compile accurate reports (costs, programme, productivity, SHEQ trends).
