REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIGHT MEALS AND SNACKS

Background

The Baphalali Eswatini Red Cross Society, in partnership with the European Union and the Finnish Red Cross, is implementing the Khetsimphilo Programme, a community-based initiative focused on mental health, psychosocial support (MHPSS), youth empowerment, and strengthening community resilience.
The programme operates across the four regions of Eswatini (Hhohho, Manzini, Shiselweni, and Lubombo), delivering sessions through youth clubs at community-based locations.

Scope of Services

Baphalali Eswatini Red Cross Society invites quotations from interested and qualified local service providers for:

• Supply of light meals and/or snacks for approximately 30–50 participants for renewable 1 year contract.
• Services to be delivered at community locations within programme areas.
• Flexible delivery based on session schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Target Areas

Services are required in the following regions:
Hhohho, Manzini, Shiselweni, and Lubombo (specific communities will be provided in the RFQ document).

Eligibility

Interested applicants should:
• Be based within or near the target communities.
• Have experience in food preparation or catering (formal or informal).
• Be able to maintain basic food hygiene standards.
• Have the capacity to deliver services within their selected area.

Women, youth, community groups, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
