BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(Transport & Customs Clearing)

Location: Eswatini – Cross-Border Focus

We are a fast-growing logistics company offering transport, customs clearing, and warehousing solutions across Eswatini and Southern Africa.

We’re looking for a driven, connected, and results-focused individual to grow our client base and increase volumes across our transport and clearing divisions.

ABOUT US – END TO END LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

• Transport: Dry, chilled & frozen solutions across Eswatini and Southern Africa.
• Customs Clearing: All borders, ICD & airport.
• Warehousing: From 1cbm to large-scale storage, including bonded options.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bring in new transport clients (local & cross-border).
• Secure customs clearing files (ICD, borders, airport).
• Grow and manage key accounts.
• Build relationships with importers, exporters, and agents.
• Prepare quotes, follow up, and close deals.
• Identify opportunities to bundle transport + clearing + warehousing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in logistics / transport / freight / clearing.
• Strong network of potential clients (advantage).
• Good understanding of cross-border operations.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry to grow.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
