National Ozone Unit | Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Sector
SHORT-TERM REFRIGERATION TECHNICAL DATA COLLECTORS
The EEA, through its National Ozone Unit, seeks to engage qualified refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC) practitioners to conduct data collection to support the National Inventory of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and HFCs — advancing Eswatini’s commitments under the Montreal Protocol and Kigali Amendment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct field data collection in facilities with RAC equipment.
- Identify and record refrigerant equipment and types (HCFCs, HFCs) and quantities in the country.
- Document used/unwanted refrigerants in equipment and cylinders.
- Complete inventory forms and support national compliance reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified and practising RAC technician or practitioner.
- Experience in installation/maintenance of RAC systems.
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling and Good Servicing Practices.
- Strong data recording and communication skills.
- ERACA affiliation is an added advantage.

Nature: Short-Term / Temporary Contract Duration: 1 month Location: Nationwide (travel required) Training: Provided by EEA prior to deployment
