SHORT-TERM REFRIGERATION TECHNICAL DATA COLLECTORS

The EEA, through its National Ozone Unit, seeks to engage qualified refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC) practitioners to conduct data collection to support the National Inventory of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and HFCs — advancing Eswatini’s commitments under the Montreal Protocol and Kigali Amendment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct field data collection in facilities with RAC equipment.
• Identify and record refrigerant equipment and types (HCFCs, HFCs) and quantities in the country.
• Document used/unwanted refrigerants in equipment and cylinders.
• Complete inventory forms and support national compliance reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified and practising RAC technician or practitioner.
• Experience in installation/maintenance of RAC systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and Good Servicing Practices.
• Strong data recording and communication skills.
• ERACA affiliation is an added advantage.

Nature: Short-Term / Temporary Contract Duration: 1 month Location: Nationwide (travel required) Training: Provided by EEA prior to deployment
