RETAIL SUPERVISOR VACANCY
Fast-paced wholesaler based in Matsapha is looking to fill the position of Retail Supervisor. The position will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage and develop staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry, be results-driven, and possess excellent communication and people skills.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Leadership abilities
- Team motivation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised
