1. SENIOR DIGITAL BANKING ADMINISTRATOR – IT

Department: Information Technology

JOB SUMMARY

Eswatini Bank is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) and digital banking ecosystem.

The role covers period-end processing, server/database administration, information security, disaster recovery (DR)/backups, technical support for projects, and stakeholder liaison.

The position reports to the Manager, IT Infrastructure in the Information Technology Department.


KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Provide first-line technical support for all MFS platforms.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets.
  • Coordinate and execute EOD, EOM and EOY processes.
  • Deliver daily and monthly reports.
  • Perform backups, archiving and disaster recovery restores.
  • Support project implementation and technical readiness.
  • Facilitate UAT and user sign-off.
  • Administer user access (IDs, passwords and profiles).
  • Provide on-site and phone support.
  • Deliver user training on platform updates.
  • Produce routine management reports and custom reports.
  • Maintain server health and database administration.
  • Enforce information security, access control and banking secrecy requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related IT qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Systems, Application Support, Infrastructure or ICT.

2. IT OPERATOR – INFRASTRUCTURE

JOB SUMMARY

Eswatini Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operator to support, maintain and ensure the reliability, availability and security of the Bank’s technology network and infrastructure.

The position reports to the Network Administrator under the line management of the Manager Infrastructure.


KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Provide first-line ICT support for bank-wide ICT services and equipment.
  • Install and configure computer equipment.
  • Provide support for email, internet, anti-virus and third-party systems.
  • Support banking systems under the Infrastructure Department.
  • Manage the telephone database (Man3000).
  • Provide security and antivirus support.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories.
  • Support security monitoring and violation reporting.
  • Promote security awareness training for employees.
  • Participate in evaluations of enterprise security access control and surveillance systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • MCSE Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT environment.
