ESTIMATION & QS OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or Construction Management.
- At least 5 years relevant experience within the construction sector.
- Proven track record in QS, estimation & commercial project management.
- Proficiency in using industry software to develop BOQs & pricing strategies. Knowledge of CCS Candy will be added advantage.
- Experience in subcontractor management & procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Ability to develop long-term growth strategies.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
