COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT
The Eswatini Electricity Company is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the vacant role of Commercial Consultant. This position reports to the Snr. Commercial Consultant under the Customer Service Division.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized university.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in customer service environment. Experience in conflict resolution, dealing with customer enquiries or complaints.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to solve problems in different customer-related scenarios.
- Exposure to financial reports and interpretation.
- Commercial acumen.
- Analytical skills.
- Task management.
- Good Communication skills.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Pay Attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Time Management skills.
MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB
To receive new or prospective customer applications and provide customer service through costing on quotation to connection projects in the region, and support superiors in the administration of regional commercial activities.
