JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Analyse and translate business requirements into end‑to‑end solution designs.
  •  Assess and determine the most suitable solution approach (systems development, RPA, AI models, or hybrid solutions).
  • Design solution architectures aligned to enterprise architecture standards, ICT strategy, security, and governance frameworks.
  • Produce solution architecture, high‑level designs, and integration specifications.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise or modernise existing systems and automations.
  • Ensure solutions comply with ICT governance, security, architecture, documentation, change management and release management requirements.
  • Contribute to ICT projects, innovation initiatives, continuous improvement, system modernisation and digital transformation objectives.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related ICT field, together with ITIL.
  • AI/RPA Certifications
  • Foundational Cloud Infrastructure knowledge.

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • ITIL  / SQL / C# / JAVA / Python Certification
  • Azure Certified (AZ-900, AZ 204)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Developer Professional
  • Generative AI Certification (Azure)
    • UiPath Certified Automation Developer Associate

 

EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems development, solution design, automation or enterprise application support within an enterprise environment, including proven experience in designing and delivering technological solutions that meet business requirements.

ADVANTAGEOUS

Experience with systems integration, APIs, data exchange, modern development tools, version control, deployment environments, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, RPA solutions, AI, analytics, intelligent automation, ICT governance, security and architectural standards.
