Deputy Head — Primary School
Organization: Enjabulweni Independent School
Location: Manzini
Reports to: Head of School

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Ed / Bachelor’s degree and/or professional teaching qualification (Grad. CE, PGCE, or PGDE)
• Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience
• Experience as a Head of Department (HoD) or Deputy essential
• Personal values aligned with the Vision and Mission of Enjabulweni School
• Passion for leadership, lifelong learning, and professional development
• Innovative, creative, and proactive approach
• Exposure to IEB PSi curriculum and international benchmarking best practices
• High level of organisational, administrative, and communication skills
• Understanding of budget management and financial planning for primary schools
• Team player with sound interpersonal and leadership skills
• Track record of academic excellence
• High level of discipline, compassion, and understanding
• Technologically literate with willingness to continue learning
• Working knowledge of Ed Admin
• Good understanding of blended learning and AI in education
• Enthusiastic participation in the extra mural programme
