SMME Business Banker

Locations: Manzini, Nhlangano, Head Office & Siteki Branches
Reports to: Manager SMME Development
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Grow and manage SMME client portfolio, identify business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagements, follow-ups and visits
- Offer personalised banking services and solutions through suitable bank products
- Appraise loan applications to determine eligibility, credit worthiness and viability
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk effectively
- Comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates on portfolio performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Marketing or any Business-related studies
- At least 3 years’ experience with loan products, sales and customer relations
BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of SMME banking products and credit principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of risk analysis, loan review, loan documentation and securities
- Good understanding of financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements
- Knowledge of the banking system in operation
