POSITION
Graduate Trainee Team Leader
Organization: Feedmaster
JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate customer orders, assist the Operations Manager in scheduling and sequencing production based on order priority, and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers. The role involves leading a team, solving operational bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and follow up customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Assist Operations Manager to sequence and prioritize production in line with order entry and customer priority
- Monitor production progress and ensure efficient use of resources
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across production, logistics and inventory
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Stores and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure on-time, in-full delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision making and improvement
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve key performance targets

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
- Agribusiness / Animal Science
- Agricultural Engineering
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Operations / Production Management
- Business Management or related field
