Position: Shop Attendant (1)
Organization: Eswatini National Trust Commission (ENTC)
Responsibilities Customer service, product knowledge, cash reconciliation, transaction reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), use of In-Keeper and Sage accounting software, POS operation, inventory control, security awareness, shop presentation, store opening/closing, and weekend/public holiday availability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent
- Sales experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of In-Keeper and Sage software
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or similar experience
- Basic understanding of tourism, culture, and customer practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and basic admin skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
