Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

The Construction Foreman position requires the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Also, must have a diploma in Building studies/civil engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Competency in directing and managing construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge and expertise in resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay project goals, expectations, and timelines to construction crews.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The key responsibilities of the Construction Foreman are as follows:

• Direct and manage the on-site construction activities daily.
• Efficiently allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain routine communication of project goals, expectations, and timelines to the construction crews.
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operations on the job site.

Additional Requirements:

Along with the above competencies, we also require:

• Valid construction safety certificate.
• Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Able to physically work on site. This role is not remote.
