SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to quality in every dish prepared. This role is central to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and prepare diverse, high-quality meals aligned with our menu and seasonal offerings
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all food preparation areas
• Monitor inventory for timely stock replenishment
• Train and supervise kitchen assistants where applicable
• Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Creativity in menu design and plating presentation
