KEY PURPOSE
To perform secretarial, clerical and administrative duties in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office for the Country Director and the Sales and Support functions.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Country Director.
- Create purchase orders and do GRN’s on IBIS.
- Provide administrative support to the Country Director, Sales team and Support functions.
- Monitoring and ensuring that all facilities requirements are up to standard.
- Arrange meetings and all related bookings.
- Manage the collation of documents for meetings and presentations.
- Be responsible for department filing integrity.
- Administer the sending of documents by courier.
- Arrange travel/hotel/car reservations and forex.
- Manage office appliances and utensils.
- Ensuring the office area is clean and all supplies available.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Secretarial diploma or business administration degree.
- Light Motor Vehicle Driver’s license (added advantage).
- At least three years’ work experience.
- Information Systems knowledge and advanced application, including Microsoft Suite would be an advantage.
