REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR

The Assemblies of God / Back To God (AOG/BTG) Eswatini Region invites applications from suitably qualified and spiritually grounded individuals for the position of Regional Administrator. This senior-level role is intended to professionalize the administration of the church and ensure the effective implementation of systems and policies that sustain our mission of winning and nurturing souls. Under the supervision of the Regional Council Committee (RCC), the successful candidate will provide strategic direction and day-to-day management for the regional office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership Coordinate the formulation and monitoring of institutional policies and long-term strategic plans.

Financial Oversight Manage budget allocations, oversee asset registers, and ensure the timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Operational Systems Identify and implement computerized systems to enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery.

Human Resources Management Recruit, mentor, and appraise office personnel to foster a high-performing and value-driven team culture.

Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and represent the church in various forums.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related Social Science field.
  • Preferred: A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline will be a distinct advantage.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in management or administration (public or private sector).
  • At least 5–10 years in a senior management role with direct experience in budgeting and personnel supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in integrated programme planning and modern computer software applications.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to professional work ethics.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
