Job Description
The Wellness and Occupational Health Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellness and occupational health programs, standards, procedures, and initiatives to promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees. This role fosters a positive and healthy wellness culture within the Corporation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing the unique challenges posed by the industry. It provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.

Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of wellness principles, health promotion and employee well-being.
- Demonstrated ability in managing a cross functional team in driving implementation of wellness and occupational health for EWSC.
- Training methods and techniques to promote a well and safe workplace.
- Sound knowledge of best practices with regards to wellness and occupational health processes.
- Good business English is essential.
- Analytical skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems would be and added advantage
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma in General Nursing Science / Diploma in Behavioral Sciences
- 2 – 3 years’ working experience in a similar environment
Advantageous:
- Bachelor of Nursing Science with Mental Health/ Degree in Behavioral Sciences
- Must have experience in Wellness and Occupational Health program development and implementation
