Civil Society in Action
Civil society in action project, supported by the European union launches a Call for proposal “ Support to CSOs and CBOs is strengthening their governance and management and in implementing actions addressing priorities included in the National Thematic Agendas in Eswatini”. The Call addresses CSOs and CBOs in Eswatini under the 8 coalitions : CANGO, United Voices for the LGBTQI+ Community, FSEJ, FODSWA, Liphimbo LaBoMake, Youth in Network, PELUM, Yini Loku.engaged by COSPE in the CSA project and below are the objectives and the activities of the Call:
The General objective of the Call is to strengthen the capacities of CSOs and CBOs to promote women’ and youth’ rights and equality, PWD and LGBTIQ+ people’s rights, participation and inclusion, climate justice, and socio-cultural-economic rights.

You are invited to submit a proposal for the Civil Society in Action project subgrant. Before proceeding, please ensure you have read the CSA Subgrant guidelines in their entirety.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this grant, your organisation must meet the following criteria:
- Location & Membership: Open only to NGOs in Eswatini who have completed and submitted the needs assessments and Operational Development plans in any of the 8 CSA Coalitions (CANGO, FSEJ, FODSWA, Yini loku, Liphimbo Labomake, PELUM, United Voices for Diversity and Swaziland Youth Network).
- Digital Registration: Your organisation must appear on the Thubelihle Digital Information Platform NGO map for your application to be considered .
