VISUAL MANAGER – ESWATINI
Main Purpose
To provide exceptional VM that effectively executes the overall visual and business strategy. Provide directions in executing the VM in country to deliver a world class shopping experience for customers by creating impactful visual displays in line with directives to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities

Translate and implement the VM strategy in country to ensure consistent implementation of the chain store image and to maximize brand equity and customer experience.

Drive integration and partnership with key stakeholders to enable VM delivery in country of seasonal launches and to ensure effective co-ordination of Model Stores.

Practical execution of seasonal selling/trading strategies in country through model stores workshops and training of country launch teams.

Conduct regular store visits to review and sign off visual implementation with regards to catalogues, layouts and effective launch of initiatives.

Ensure effective VM implementation and manage brand identity during store openings, refurbishments, projects and new initiatives through effective planning and communication.

Ensure VM equipment is effectively managed in country by providing directions on use and storage of equipment, finding innovative ways to re-use equipment and signing off any VM equipment movement in country via asset register.

Effectively manage and review the budget aligned to the VM Strategy for the country.

Ensure correct implementation of décor and ticketing in all stores in country, modify décor where necessary to ensure correct implementation and distribute excess décor and equipment.

Timeously present the overview of the season and the launch details to the in-country team.

Actively participate in setting stores team visual objectives, goals and agreed ways of working.

Driving development and training of in-country talent in line with succession planning.

Utilize the Woolworths App to ensure that the visual team is upskilled and enabled in terms of information relating to launches, changes and strategies for the various seasons.

5 – 7 years relevant Visual Management experience (Retail or relevant market)

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
-
5 – 10 years’ retail management experience essential in VM and/or Retail environment
-
Relevant Retail Qualification would be preferable
