ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have the personality, skills, experience, and qualifications to join the Magnific team? This office-based role requires exceptional customer service, being organised, logical, detail oriented, great at planning and communicating. Duties entail daily interaction with different customers to ensure satisfaction in their travel experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with travel queries, provide accurate, detailed information, options, and solutions while capturing all customer requirements and preferences.

Process bookings, quotes, invoices, payments, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Perform pre-departure inspections and scripted welcome and send off for each trip.

Continuous awareness and tracking of assigned trips for your day.

Communicating with team and clients to make their travel experience seamless.

Use technology and company systems for improved customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
-
A degree or diploma in tourism, travel, administration, customer service, or hospitality related field.

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.

Experience in using Office software, typing, and MS tools.

Good listener and eloquent speaker, fluent in English and siSwati.
