WORKSHOP & SITE TECHNICAL ROLES

Stefanutti Stocks Construction Eswatini (Pty) Ltd is seeking disciplined, safety-conscious, and highly skilled technical professionals to join our team. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

1. WORKSHOP FOREMAN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Heavy Plant Mechanic, N6 or equivalent with Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical workshop environment.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Valid Heavy Vehicle License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction and troubleshooting guidance for vehicle and plant repairs.
• Oversee daily workshop planning, manage parts/stock, and monitor Work in Progress (WIP).
• Ensure strict adherence to company HSE policies and quality standards.

2. HEAVY PLANT MECHANICS

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Heavy Plant Mechanics (ECOT or equivalent) and a valid Trade Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience in heavy construction or mining.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Valid Heavy Duty driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on site and in the workshop.
• Execute routine servicing and preventative maintenance to OEM specifications.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure high safety standards during field repairs.

3. GRADER OPERATORS (FINAL LEVEL & STANDARD)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Grader Operator Certificate and Heavy-Duty Driver’s License.
• Final Level: Extensive experience in high-precision finishing and road construction.
• Standard: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone to specific grade requirements.
• (Final Level) Execute precision grading for final road layers and drainage.

4. HEAVY EARTHMOVING OPERATORS

Positions:

• Front-End Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Dozer Operators
• Roller Operators (12Ton+): Pneumatic Tyred Roller experience a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid Operator Certificates for the specific machine.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on active construction sites.
• Clean safety record and basic machine maintenance knowledge.

5. SPECIALIZED LOGISTICS & SITE DRIVERS

Positions:

• Lowbed Driver
• Bitumen Truck Driver
• Concrete Mixer Truck Operator
• Truck Drivers: Diesel Truck experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Duty/Extra Heavy Driver’s License with valid Public Driving Permit (PrDP).
• Proven experience in transporting heavy plant (Lowbed) or handling specialized materials (Bitumen/Concrete).

6. MULTI-SKILLED OPERATOR / CHIP SPREADER

Positions:

• Multi-Skilled Operator: Proficiency in Excavator, TLB, and Truck Driving.
• Chip Spreader Operator: Specialized experience in road surfacing.

Requirements:

• Multiple valid certifications and licenses.
• High level of versatility and willingness to assist across various plant operations as needed.
