Role Overview
The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations, developing and implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also includes managing both physical and digital security systems to mitigate risks and protect organizational assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain physical security systems
- Supervise and manage security personnel
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
- Respond to and manage security incidents
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain policies related to:
- Information Security
- Cybersecurity
- Network Security
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security
- IGCSE Certificate
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
- Additional security-related certifications will be an added advantage
