SALES CLERK
Job Purpose:
The Sales Clerk is responsible for providing efficient sales and administrative support by processing customer orders accurately, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales, finance, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify purchase orders from customers and internal teams.

Accurately capture customer orders into the company’s system and prepare them for dispatch.

Verify order details and ensure accuracy of pricing and shipping information.

Coordinate with the operations department to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Prepare and send invoices to customers.
-
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
-
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to convert them into confirmed orders.
Key Competencies:

Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and sales/order processing systems.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail environment.
-
Familiarity with PPE and LPG products is an added advantage.
