RE-ADVERTISEMENT: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
The Eswatini Observer Group of Newspapers invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced local professionals to fill the above vacancy tenable at the Head Office.
JOB PURPOSE:
As part of the Senior Executive Team reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the different units in the Sales and Marketing Department, as well as directing advertising activities and staff members to develop creative, consistent brand-specific adverts and running an effective Circulation Unit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To oversee the operations and performance and staff of the entire Sales and Marketing portfolio, which also includes the Circulation Unit of the newspaper

To formulate appropriate strategies to ensure growth of the Sales and Marketing Department

To ensure that set monthly sales targets are achieved by the sales team and monitor achievements
-
To guide and supervise the Circulation Unit to ensure increased circulation, efficiency and timely delivery with a high level of customer care and feedback mechanism at all times
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / sales or equivalent

Post graduate Degree in marketing will be an added advantage
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial position in the Sales and Marketing field will be ideal

REMUNERATION:
The Company offers an attractive market related remuneration package commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
