JOB OPPORTUNITY:

QUARRY MANAGER

(Shiselweni Region)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quarry Manager to lead and oversee granite (crushed stone) quarry operations during its start-up phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee full quarry operations including drilling, blasting, loading and crushing.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Ensure compliance with all mining, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Supervise Pit, Crushing Plant, Maintenance, and HSE Teams.
• Prepare production reports, budgets, cost controls, and stockpile management plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a quarry, open-pit mining, or crushing plant environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-skilled teams.
• Knowledge of crusher plant operations (jaw, cone, screens, conveyors).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
