VACANCY: PROPERTY MANAGER

Blue Zone Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our expanding property portfolio.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimisation of BlueZone’s properties. This includes ensuring high occupancy rates, timely rent collection, excellent tenant relations, and maximum returns for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Eswatini laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Prepare and present property performance reports, including risks and opportunities, to the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in property management (commercial property experience preferred).
