PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) CLERK
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Perform day-to-day record keeping, including verifying, classifying, and computing business data in an accurate and efficient manner, and in accordance with policy and procedure.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration / IT or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a clerical or administrative role in an FMCG environment
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Scan and file all invoices (including SPP and cash van invoices)
-
Scan and file all credit notes, debit notes, purchase orders, and payments done in Finance
-
Track invoices on CRM, prepare missing POD reports, and circulate as required
-
Prepare and review the daily missing POD report with the Dispatch Manager before forwarding to internal stakeholders
-
Timely submission of POD reports on a daily basis
-
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned
