We are looking for a young, vibrant, and compassionate individual to join our newly launched LUMI HEALTH ASSIST program.

This part-time position supports Mozambican patients in accessing private hospitals in Eswatini, guiding them with clarity and care throughout their healthcare journey.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Experience in client liaison, patient support, or healthcare administration preferred
• Empathy & professionalism
• IT Literacy
• Based in Mbabane
