ORDER CAPTURE SUPERVISOR
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Order Capture Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices in line with customer requirements and company policy.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the timely and accurate capturing of orders onto CRM for all customers in line with NOD.

Making sure that all orders received are processed, and pricing issues are resolved timeously.

Track download of orders from customer’s portal sites.

Ensure that orders processed on EMA are reflecting on Sage for proper inventory control and billing.

Ensure adherence with correct delivery date for wholesale orders.

Ensure generation of picking tickets and invoices in line with NDD.
-
Drive performance of the team, providing coaching and training as required.
-
Assist with CRM duties in the absence of the incumbent.

Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
