We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Manager to streamline our processes and lead our team toward next phase of growth.
The Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of Lendmo. You will oversee daily business activities, optimize lending workflows, and ensure our service delivery is both efficient and compliant. You’ll bridge the gap between our strategic goals and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows for loan processing, customer onboarding, and collections.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all operations adhere to financial regulations, internal policies, and data security standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party service providers and software partners.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve escalated operational issues to maintain Lendmo’s reputation for stellar customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in operations management, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational change.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems, lending software, and data analytics tools.
- Problem Solver: A “get-it-done” attitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
