Overview
The consultant will conduct an independent Midterm Review (MTR) assessing project performance from 2023–2026.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluation design & methodology
- Data collection and stakeholder engagement
- Draft and final MTR report
- Validation workshop with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, M&E, or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in evaluations
- Experience with UN/UNDP programmes is an advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
