POSITION: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer
Location: Manzini, Eswatini

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
- Support M&E activities: data collection, verification, and analysis
- Maintain and manage project data (accuracy, consistency, documentation)
- Prepare regular project reports including basic data visualization
- Track project indicators, outputs, and outcomes
- Develop and improve data collection tools and methodologies
Learning & Knowledge Sharing
- Synthesize project data into accessible outputs for internal/external use
- Prepare learning materials — success stories, briefs, result summaries
- Document project activities, events, and field implementation
- Maintain project visibility via online platforms and outreach channels
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Development, Agricultural Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in M&E, research, or related fields
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Statistical software experience (SPSS, STATA, R) — desirable
- Social media / online platforms familiarity — advantageous
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English
