POSITION: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer

Location: Manzini, Eswatini

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Support M&E activities: data collection, verification, and analysis
• Maintain and manage project data (accuracy, consistency, documentation)
• Prepare regular project reports including basic data visualization
• Track project indicators, outputs, and outcomes
• Develop and improve data collection tools and methodologies

Learning & Knowledge Sharing

• Synthesize project data into accessible outputs for internal/external use
• Prepare learning materials — success stories, briefs, result summaries
• Document project activities, events, and field implementation
• Maintain project visibility via online platforms and outreach channels

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Development, Agricultural Economics, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in M&E, research, or related fields
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Statistical software experience (SPSS, STATA, R) — desirable
• Social media / online platforms familiarity — advantageous
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in English
