The Industrial Development Company of Eswatini would like to recruit a candidate for the position of:
MANAGER FINANCE
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for guiding and directing the overall management of financial programmes and processes for the entire company in a manner that ensures adherence to all set controls and promotes operational efficiency. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
-
Develop and align annual Financial Services strategy with Corporate Strategy and Finance & Admin team initiatives.

Responsible for the development, review and implementation of finance policies and procedures.

This role takes lead in the annual budgeting and planning process and budget control in line with applicable standards and practices.

Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external reporting.

Develop and implement an annual internal and external plan within agreed timelines with internal and external partners.

Develop an IT strategy that aligns with the overall strategy of the organization and provide oversight to ensure efficient IT systems are in place, including hardware and networks.

Develop and implement Supplier and Procurement policy, including development of relevant tools to implement best practices.

Responsible for Fixed Asset Management processes.

Responsible for leading a team Accounting Division, IT Unit and HR & Admin Unit including all HR responsibilities that apply to this team.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
-
Minimum Bachelors of Commerce degree in Accounting or Finance
-
CA, ACCA or relevant Professional qualification
Experience
-
Minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience demonstrating broad financial and operations management experience.

Proven experience operating at a strategic level.
-
Experience working in a dynamic and changing workplace environment.
-
Experience in all financial analysis, reporting and audit coordination for an organisation.

Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of new policy.

Ability to analyse and present complex data.

A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Strong supervision, team motivation and development skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
