MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Associate Degree in Creative Multimedia, Digital Media Design or Graphic Design.
  • Or Advanced Diploma in Digital Design, Industrial Design or Interactive Design.
  • Verified qualification by the Eswatini Qualifications Authority (EQA).

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Graphic Design & Layout: Hands-on experience creating visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Video Production & Motion Graphics: Professional/Freelance experience in video editing and animation using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Web & UX/UI: Familiarity with digital design principles & Figma.
  • Audio Production: Experience in sound mixing, podcast editing or audio production software (Audition, Audacity, FL Studio etc.)

MENTORSHIP BACKGROUND

  • Prior experience providing instructional support is an advantage.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Provide direct mentorship and hands-on instructional support to students during class sessions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for student consultations, offering guidance and technical troubleshooting on projects.
  • Manage production equipment (camera gear) and the multimedia lab.
  • Assist faculty in the delivery of practical coursework, specifically for modules including:
    • Digital Graphics & Digital Imaging
    • 2D Animation
    • 3D Modelling and Animation
    • Video Production and Visual Effects

4. SPECIAL NEEDS OFFICER

Limkokwing University of Creative Technology is seeking a compassionate, qualified, and dedicated Special Needs Officer to join our Student Services Department. The successful candidate will provide holistic support to students with physical, learning, emotional, and developmental disabilities, ensuring they have equitable access to educational opportunities and a fulfilling university experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Special Needs Education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in special needs support, counselling, or a related environment.
  • Experience working in a higher education or institutional setting.
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

Student Support & Case Management

  • Identify, assess, and develop individualised support plans for students with special needs or disabilities.
  • Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions addressing academic, personal, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Monitor and review the progress of students with special needs and adjust support strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of student assessments, counselling sessions, and interventions.

Academic & Accessibility Facilitation

  • Collaborate with academic staff to arrange reasonable accommodations such as extended exam time, assistive technology, and adapted learning materials.
  • Advocate for an inclusive and accessible campus environment in accordance with disability rights legislation and university policy.
  • Liaise with lecturers and department heads to facilitate academic adjustments for students with learning disabilities.

Crisis Intervention & Mental Health Support

  • Provide timely crisis counselling and intervention for students experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, or distress.
  • Develop and implement mental health awareness programmes and workshops for the university community.
  • Refer students to appropriate external mental health professionals, medical practitioners when necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, healthcare providers, and external disability organisations.

5. OPERATIONS MANAGER

The University invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic individuals for the position of Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the efficient delivery of campus support services and day-to-day operations. The incumbent will oversee operational functions, optimise institutional resources, drive operational excellence, and ensure that campus services effectively support the University’s academic mission and strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least five (5) years management experience, preferably within a higher education institution or a similar complex organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of governance principles, risk management, occupational health and safety, and compliance requirements.
