JUDICIAL SERVICE COMMISSION

VACANCY: JUDGE OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment to fill the positions tenable in the Judiciary.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

To preside over court proceedings, and issue orders, rulings and judgements, in legal disputes, and, perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Justice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should meet the qualifications as provided for in Section 154 (1) and section 157 (1) of the Constitution of Eswatini 2005 read together with Section 6 (3) of the Industrial Relations Act No.1 of 2000 as amended.

SALARY

The basic salary is on Grade 71

SUPERANNUATION

The successful candidate will become a member of the Public Service Pension Fund after completing an initial probationary service of six (6) months. Applications must be accompanied by the candidate’s Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of the required qualification. Candidates who do not possess the above qualifications should not apply as their applications will not be considered.
