FSRA 2026 GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

In collaboration with the Eswatini Stock Exchange (ESE), the FSRA invites graduates who are interested in establishing a career in financial services to apply for the FSRA 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.

About the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)

The mandate of the FSRA is to license, regulate, monitor, and supervise the conduct of the business of all non-bank financial services providers in order to effectively administer the country’s non-bank financial services laws. This mandate further extends to establishing measures for the better protection of stakeholders through the promotion of public understanding of the financial system – including awareness of the benefits and risks associated with the different kinds of financial services.

Six distinct values: Integrity, Accountability, Service Excellence, Fairness, Collaboration and Innovation underpin the culture and work ethic of the FSRA work environment.

About the Eswatini Stock Exchange (ESE)

The mission of the ESE is to enable companies to list and investors to trade in securities, thus enabling an effective mobilization of capital in order to promote economic development in Eswatini.

The ESE values Execution, Integrity, Respect, Discipline and Passion as the five (5) distinct behaviours to deliver on its mandate.

Area of Specialization:

Candidates whose values align to FSRA, and ESE values stand a good chance to thrive under this program. While serving in a team and service-oriented environment, successful candidates will be attached to at least one of the listed functional areas;

  • Prudential Supervision
  • Market Conduct
  • Eswatini Stock Exchange

Minimum Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification in BCom Accounting & Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Law, Economics, Statistics and Business Management. The qualification must have been conferred in the last two (2) years.
