Import & Export Officer

Michael Lee Enterprises Eswatini (Green Chert Mining) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee Import, Export, Logistics and Fleet Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Local distribution Warehouse, Dispatch and Supply Chain Management

• International Trade Documentation – Preparing invoices, packing list and certificates of origin

• Logistics and Shipping – Managing freight forwarders, carriers, and customs clearing agents

• Incoterms 2020 – Understanding buyer and seller obligations in international transactions

• Customs and Compliance – Handling import and export duties, VAT, and regulatory requirements

• Risk Management – Mitigating risks related to payments and cargo

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Export/Export and logistics operations

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and shipping processes

• Experience managing fleet operations is an added advantage

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s License (Mandatory)
