JOB OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeping manager will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead all cleaning operations.

• Ensuring immaculate standards in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.

• Training staff, managing budgets, controlling inventory and conducting rigorous inspections to meet premium quality hotel standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of luxury hotel experience, exceptional attention to detail and proven leadership in team management.

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REMUNERATION:

A salary commensurate with qualification and experience is offered.
