Job Opportunity
Mangethe Group invites applications from ambitious, recently qualified graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme for 12–24 months.
Available Positions
- Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- Graduate Trainee Civil Engineer
Minimum Requirements (Both Roles)
- BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Graduated within the last 2 years with a strong academic record.
- Computer literate (MS Office). Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Candy, or CCS is an advantage.
- Eswatini citizen.
- Eager to learn, self-driven, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- Assist with bill of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support site valuations, variation orders, and interim payment claims.
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor comparisons.
Graduate Trainee Civil Engineer
- Assist site engineers with setting out, quality control, and daily site records.
- Support design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Monitor materials testing, site safety, and programme progress.
