JOB VACANCY: GRADUATE TRAINEE – POULTRY FARM ASSISTANT MANAGER
We are searching for hardworking Graduate Trainee (Female) who is passionate about farming and willing to work night shifts to join our team and develop into a Poultry Farm Assistant Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the management of poultry farm operations
- Routine supervision of night shift staff
- Monitor bird health, welfare, and performance
- Supervise and support farm staff during routine operations
- Record and analyze production data (feed, water intake, mortality, weight gains)
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity, safety, and quality standards
- Assist in planning and implementing farm management strategies
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science
- Strong interest in poultry production and farm management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience
