PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic Asset Management team as a Graduate Trainee and kickstart your career in investment strategy and client engagement. This structured program offers hands-on experience across key functions including portfolio analysis, market research, risk management, client acquisition, and reporting. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to real-world investment decisions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
A degree in finance, economics, agribusiness or a related field, paired with financial market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a passion for business and innovation, will strengthen your application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Analysis
- Assist in evaluating investment portfolios and tracking performance metrics
- Support rebalancing activities and asset allocation reviews
- Learn performance attribution techniques and benchmarking tools Market Research
- Conduct research on macroeconomic trends, sectors, and financial instruments
- Compile market intelligence reports and investment briefs
- Present findings to internal stakeholders
Risk Assessment
- Learn regulatory and compliance frameworks related to risk
- Assist in preparing risk summaries for investment committees Client Acquisition & Service
- Participate in client onboarding processes
- Shadow senior team members in client meetings and calls
- Help prepare client presentations and respond to inquiries
