We invite suitably qualified candidates to join our Engineer-In-Training and Graduate Training programmes in the following departments:
1. ENGINEERING
Engineer-In-Training Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum requirement is a BSc Mechanical Engineering
• Sound knowledge of mechanical design principles, production methods, and energy systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report writing skills
Engineer-In-Training Electrical Engineering
• Minimum requirement is a BSc Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuit analysis, and control systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP (an advantage)
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn, travel, and work on-site as needed
2. HUMAN RESOURCES
Graduate-In-Training Human Resources
• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Discretion and a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
3. FINANCE
Graduate In Training – Finance
• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Integrity, adherence to ethical practices, and compliance with regulations
