JOB TITLE: Finance Hand

POSITION: Full-Time

DEPARTMENT: Finance

REPORTS TO: CFO

Brief Job details: We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Finance Hand within our Finance Department. The successful candidate will provide operational support to ensure efficient financial administration and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Liaising with third parties

• Assisting with daily finance office operations

• Assisting in preparation and reconciliation of Trial Balances

• Assisting in accounts payable functions

• Assisting in accounts receivable functions

• Assisting with cashbook

• Supporting financial reporting and general accounting function

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or a related field

• Experience with Sage 300 added advantage

• Excellent computer literacy

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Good organizational and administrative skills
