VACANCY: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Duty Station: Mbabane, Eswatini
Reports to: Country Coordinator
1. Job Purpose
□ Ensuring effective financial management, administration, compliance, and operational systems.
□ Ensure sound financial stewardship, transparent use of resources, compliance with donor and regulatory requirements, and efficient administrative operations.
□ Contributes to strengthening organizational systems, supporting resource mobilization efforts, and ensuring that financial and administrative functions effectively enable program delivery and institutional sustainability.
2. Key Responsibilities
□ Financial Management and Accounting
□ Financial Controls, Compliance and Audit
□ Budget Management and Financial Planning
□ Administration and Office Management
□ Organizational Systems Strengthening
□ Resource Mobilization and Financial Sustainability
□ Asset, Vehicle and Logistics Management
□ Stakeholder and Partner Coordination
3. Qualifications and Experience
□ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
□ Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and administration
□ Experience managing donor-funded projects
□ Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
