FARM SUPERVISOR

There is a vacancy for a Farm Supervisor at SINQOBANJALO INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD. The scheme grows sugarcane on an area which is 214.7 hectares. The position will report to the Board of Directors (BoD). Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• O’level or Equivalent

• Senior Certificate in Sugarcane Agriculture

• Minimum 5 years experience in sugarcane production.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft office).

• Leadership, Administration and budget management skills.

• Self-driven and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

OTHER COMPETENCES

• Planning and organizing skills

• Results oriented: set and attain high performance standards.

• Good proven track record.

• Honesty
