FACTORY MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead production operations and drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily factory operations.
- Manage production planning and scheduling.
- Lead production teams.
- Monitor quality standards and productivity.
- Control operational costs.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
