We are looking for a Factory Manager who owns the floor, output, quality and people development.
This is not a desk job. If you need the floor to behave before you lead, this is not the role for you.
Requirements
- 5+ years manufacturing, 3+ years in management.
- Lean mindset, you see waste and fix it.
- Ability to develop people whilst pushing production numbers.
- High accountability, clear communication.
