FACTORY MANAGER

A reputable manufacturing company in the Kingdom of Eswatini is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and goal-driven Factory Manager to lead and oversee its production operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality-control systems.
• Manage factory staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain machinery and equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze production data and prepare management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
