F & B DUTY MANAGER

The Royal Villas Resort Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager – Food and Beverage to ensure the efficient daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bars, and banquet areas.
The successful candidate will oversee staff performance, maintain high service quality standards, and support the achievement of departmental profitability. This role involves managing guest relations, staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise F&B service, manage floor operations, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff, including handling performance management and conducting briefings.
- Actively participate in service to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor revenue, inventory, help reduce waste, and assist with budget targets.
- Maintain service standards and monitor and participate in service.
- Conduct daily inspections.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee monthly stock takes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in food and beverage management or supervisory roles.
- Accredited certificate and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Strong understanding of menu items, wines, spirits, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
